Shipping & Delivery

1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates only.

2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days. If delayed, we’ll notify you by email.

3. How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping is free for orders over AED 50. For orders below that, a standard delivery fee applies.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive an email with tracking info once your order is shipped.

5. What happens if delivery fails?

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed attempts, you’ll need to pay a reshipping fee.

Returns & Exchanges

6. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with proof of purchase.

7. How do I start a return?

Email us at support@rooveco.com before returning anything.

8. Who pays for return shipping?

Customers pay for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

9. Do you charge a restocking fee?

Yes, a 10% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.

10. Can I exchange my product?

Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items, subject to availability.

Refunds

11. How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after item inspection.

12. What if I haven’t received my refund?

If it's been 10+ business days, check with your bank first. If still not received, email us.

Warranty

13. Do your products have a warranty?

Yes, all products come with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

14. What is not covered under warranty?

Damages from misuse, drops, wear & tear, or dishwasher use are not covered.

15. How do I make a warranty claim?

Email us with proof of purchase and the issue at support@rooveco.com.

16. Which items cannot be returned?

Payment Methods

17. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

18. Is COD available for all orders?

Yes, COD is available across the UAE. Make sure someone is available to receive and pay upon delivery.

Product Care

Note: Rooveco bottles come in two finishes:

• Standard Bottles: Feature a high-quality printed logo. These require gentle care to avoid fading.
• Premium Bottles: Feature a laser-engraved logo that lasts longer and resists wear.

19. Can I wash Rooveco bottles in the dishwasher?

We recommend handwashing only. Dishwasher use may damage insulation or the printed logo on standard bottles.

20. How do I clean my Rooveco bottle?

Use warm water and mild soap. Avoid bleach or strong chemicals. For deep cleaning, add baking soda and vinegar.

21. Will the color or print fade over time?

Rooveco bottles are built to last. Our standard bottles use high-quality printed logos, so avoid scrubbing directly. Premium bottles feature laser-engraved logos for extra durability and long-term clarity.
