Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Not at the moment, but we’re working on it.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with the tracking details once your order is dispatched, and we’ll also send you a WhatsApp update.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery across the UAE.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices shown include VAT.
Will I pay any extra fees on delivery?
No, there are no additional charges.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a product?
Yes, returns are available within 7 days of receiving your order.

Is there a return fee?
If the return is due to a mistake from our side (wrong item, damaged, defect), return is free.
If the customer changes their mind, a return fee of AED 20 will be deducted to cover the courier pickup.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are available within 7 days (AED 20 courier fee applies for change-of-mind exchanges).

What are your bottles made from?
All Rooveco bottles are made from premium 18/8 stainless steel, BPA-free, and safe for everyday use.
How long do they keep drinks hot/cold?
Up to 12 hours hot and 24 hours cold, depending on the model.
Are the lids leak-proof?
Yes, all lids are tested for secure sealing.
Are your bottles dishwasher-safe?
Hand wash only to maintain insulation and coating quality.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Just message us on WhatsApp.
Can I change the color or product after checkout?
Yes, as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched.
What if my order is delayed?

Care & Cleaning
How do I clean my bottle?
Use warm water + mild soap. For deep cleaning, add baking soda + hot water and leave for 30 minutes.
Can I put my bottle in the microwave or freezer?
No, stainless steel should not be microwaved or frozen.
How often should I clean the bottle?
Daily rinse, and a full deep clean once a week.

Do you offer warranty?
Yes, all products are covered under a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing faults, insulation issues, or defective lids.
