If anything goes wrong, we make the process simple and fair.
This warranty applies to orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates.
1. Warranty Period
All Rooveco products are covered by a 1-year warranty starting from the date you receive your order.
2. What the Warranty Covers
Your warranty includes protection against:
- Manufacturing defects
- Insulation issues (not keeping drinks hot/cold as expected)
- Defective or faulty lids
- Damaged or loose internal components
If your item has any of the issues above, we’ll repair, replace, or refund depending on stock availability.
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, chips, or dents caused by use
- Damage from drops or impact
- Misuse, improper cleaning, or dishwasher damage
Heat damage from microwaves or freezers- Lost parts, accessories, or lids
- Outlet “Final Sale” items
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Depending on the issue and available stock, we may offer:

- Store credit
- A refund (if approved)
6. Shipping Costs
- If the issue is a manufacturing defect, warranty service is free.
- If the item is damaged due to misuse, drops, or wear and tear, the customer may need to cover shipping costs.
7. Safety Notes
- Hand wash only. Dishwasher use may damage insulation and void the warranty.
- Do not microwave or freeze stainless steel products.
- Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals for cleaning.
