Shipping & Delivery

This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery, and warranty for orders placed on rooveco.com.

1. Where We Ship

  • Shipping is available within the United Arab Emirates only.
  • No international shipping is offered at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours are processed the next business day.
  • A shipping confirmation email is sent once your order is dispatched.

If we face high order volume or unexpected delays, processing may be extended. We’ll notify you by email if needed.

3. Delivery Time & Shipping Fees

  • All UAE shipping is free.
  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, location, holidays, or courier delays.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
  • If you don’t receive tracking within 48 hours of dispatch, email us at support@rooveco.com.

Real-time live tracking is not available, but courier updates will appear on the tracking link.

5. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

Your package may return to us if:

  • The address is incorrect
  • Courier can't reach you after multiple attempts
  • Delivery is refused

In these cases:

  • We’ll contact you to update your address and arrange re-delivery.
  • If the order is cancelled after being returned due to customer error, refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging + shipping label
  • Your order number

Missing Items

If an item is missing:

  • First check your shipping confirmation (some items may ship separately).
  • If still missing, contact us within 7 days.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If marked “Delivered” but not received:


Check with neighbours, building security, or reception


Contact the courier


  • Rooveco is not responsible for packages marked as delivered, but we’ll help you follow up with the courier.

7. Warranty – 1 Year

All Rooveco products include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Drops, dents, scratches
  • Misuse or incorrect cleaning
  • Color fading due to external factors
  • Normal wear and tear

To file a warranty claim:
Email support@rooveco.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • A short description

Rooveco may inspect the issue before approving a replacement or repair.

8. Returns

Returns follow our Return & Refund Policy (30 days).
Email us before returning any item.

9. Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
  • If your order has shipped, we cannot modify it.
