This Returns & Refunds Policy describes how Rooveco ("we", "us", or "our") handles returns, refunds, and exchanges for purchases made on rooveco.com.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

  • If the return is due to an incorrect or defective item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping costs.


3. Restocking Fee

  • A 10% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.

  • The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, check with your bank before contacting us.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

6. Warranty Policy

  • All products come with a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

  • To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at support@rooveco.com with proof of purchase and details of the issue.

  • Rooveco reserves the right to inspect and validate the warranty claim before offering a replacement or repair.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care products (e.g., water bottles that have been used)

  • Final sale or clearance items
