This Shipping Policy outlines how Rooveco ("we," "us," or "our") manages shipping, delivery timelines, and related services for orders placed on rooveco.com.

1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS We currently offer shipping only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📍 International Shipping: Not available at this time.

2. PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped.

🚨 Delays: During high order volume or unexpected issues, processing may be extended. We will notify you via email if this occurs.

3. DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING COSTS

4. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link.

  • If you don't receive tracking info within 48 hours, contact us at support@rooveco.com.

📌 Note: We do not offer live tracking but you can monitor your shipment via the courier's site.

5. FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES

  • Undeliverable packages due to wrong address, failed attempts, or refusal may be returned.

  • Reshipping Fee: Customer must provide the correct address and pay to reship.

  • Refunds: Free-shipped orders returned due to customer error may not be eligible for refunds.

6. WARRANTY POLICY

  • All items include a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Warranty excludes misuse, neglect, and normal wear & tear.

  • For claims, contact support@rooveco.com with proof of purchase and issue details.

  • Rooveco reserves the right to inspect and validate claims before approving repair or replacement.

7. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

  • We carefully package each order. If there's an issue:

    • Damaged Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with item & packaging photos.

    • Missing Items: Check tracking first. If an item is still missing, contact us immediately.

    • Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery.

8. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Rooveco is not liable for lost/stolen packages after the courier marks them as "delivered."

  • Check with neighbors, building security, or local courier.

  • We can assist in filing a claim if needed.

9. RETURNS & RESTOCKING FEE

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customers cover return shipping.

  • 10% restocking fee applies to eligible returns.

  • Final sale items are non-returnable.

10. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

  • If changes are urgent, email support@rooveco.com immediately.

  • Once shipped, no changes can be made.
